I want to ensure that I can give the best customer service to each customer, but I have the right to deny any sales transaction at my discretion.

All orders will be subject to your own local and state laws! KNOW your own laws and local ordinances, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! I will not sell or ship to anyone in, Chicago IL, California, New York or Washington D.C.

ALL firearm sales must be shipped (transferred) to your local FFL. I must have a original signed copy of your dealers FFL on record before any firearm is shipped or transferred.

Ordering info;

Stop by the shop, email me spanky@dixietriggers.com or call me (912)-257-1815, to order the firearm(s) or item(s) you wish to purchase. You may even submit your order by mail. Please give us the item number and the quantity you desire.

For out of state purchases, send FFL and telephone number of the firearms dealer in your state of residence where you wish to have your firearm shipped, send payment or call to use your Debit/Credit card. (All orders must comply with Federal, State, and Local Laws. Certain states have specific gun laws that must be followed. Know your state laws.)

For firearms purchase your dealers must mail me a current and valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) signed in blue or red ink copy or a legible scanned copy may emailed to spanky@dixietriggers.com (it must be legible). Please mail to;

Prices listed do not reflect any FFL transfer fees that may be charged in addition by your local firearm dealer, these are your responsibility.

Georgia local sales;

BATFE form 4473 must be completed and you must pass a FBI NICS background check before you can take delivery of any firearm. NICS background check is not required with valid/current Georgia Firearms License (conceal carry permit) but completing BAFTE form 4473 is still required when picking up firearms in person here at the shop.

A Valid Georgia Photo ID with current physical address is required. If your physical address is not current on your ID then additional government documentation is required to show your current physical address. Your Georgia Firearms License, Military Orders, etc are except able. Your power, cable TV or phone bill are not acceptable sources showing your physical address as per the BATFE.

Warranties, Refunds and Returns;

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges without a return authorization. Every firearm manufacturer has some kind of warranty, lifetime warranty, replacement programs and service repair programs, some distributors also offer the same services.

If you need information about any of these programs in regards to your firearm or where to send your firearm for repair contact me and I will do everything I can to assist you.

Dixie Triggers/I are NOT licensed gunsmiths. We/I do not, will not, shall not repair or service your firearm for any reason. This must be done by Federal Firearm Licensed Gunsmiths! If by some reason you need to send you firearm back to the factory for repairs, contact Dixie Triggers. I will do everything I can to liaison for you and maybe expedite your repair.

Many of my supply sources are factory direct. Some firearm manufactures offer refund/returns if not satisfied with your purchase. I will try to honor and support these programs. Dixie Triggers must obtain permission for refund from the manufacturer or distributor before I will give a return authorization, these are done on a "per-case" basis.

There are NO refunds, warranties, or returns on any used, consignment, military surplus items or ammo.

PAYMENT Method;

I accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover card, business/personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL! NO 3rd party checks! All prices listed are at the cash/check price. Please call for special pricing for cash sales. $50.00 minimum for all Credit/Debit card purchases. There is a 3% surcharge for all Credit/Debit card purchases.

Georgia residents must add 7% sales tax. (multiply price times 1.07).

All CC/Debit card purchases must be completed by phone. Scanned & emailed or Mailed copy of State Drivers License is required for CC/Debit card purchases. This is for security and the prevention of CC fraud and Identity fraud. All Copies will be destroyed 90 days after all transactions have been completed. I apologize for any inconvenience or delay in order this may cause.

Non-payment or Fraud;

Any check that is returned for non payment, insufficient funds, closed account (or any other reason not paid) will be charged $35.00 in addition to any fees required to cancel the shipment for return and a restocking fee. Also any firearm purchase that results in a returned check, canceled or non-payment of any kind will result in Federal prosecution. ALL information will be turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), The US Postmaster General, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and any/all local Law Enforcement that has Jurisdiction.

I will follow ALL the laws set by Federal, State, and local governments in regards to the sales of firearms, parts, and ammunition. Any attempt to defraud or conduct illegal activities or business with Dixie Triggers or me shall be reported to the appropriate law enforcement (FBI, BATFE, GBI) agency for prosecution.

Ammunition Orders & Info;

I must have a legible copy of the purchasers Drivers License either scanned/emailed or US Postal mailed to the contact information listed before ammo is shipped. Pistol ammo will not be shipped/sold to anyone under the age of 21. Rifle ammo will not be sold anyone under the age of 18. All copies of ID's are destroyed 90days after ammo transactions are completed to protect your privacy.

Shipping & Handling;

All purchases will be charged for actual shipping costs with no additional handling fees. Customer will be notified of shipping cost prior to order being processed. Handguns will require special shipping and handling costs. Orders will shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Expedited shipping available at customers request and additional actual cost. ANY shipments returned or refused shall be charged a 10% or $25.00 restocking fee whichever is greater in addition to ALL costs incurred from shipping/handling fees. A refund will be issued minus the restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

I do FFL Transfers here in Georgia. I am listed with Gunbroker.com and Guns America. My FFL transfer fee is $20.00 1st firearm, $10.00 for each additional firearm at the time of transfer ($10.00 for the 1st, $10.00 for each additional firearm at the time of transfer for active duty and retired veterans, must present ID and ask for this discount).

Special Orders, Reserve Orders & Restocking fees;

Should any completed order be returned unauthorized, refused or canceled shipment, non-payment of any kind, fail FBI NICS check or not take delivery of a special order shall be charged a 10% or $25.00 whichever is greater re-stocking fee in addition to ALL costs incurred from shipping/handling fees. This fee will be paid to or recovered by Dixie Triggers by ANY legal means. A refund will issued less minus the restocking fees.

All special orders required a good faith cash deposit of 25% or $50.00 whichever is greater. There is no special pricing for special orders. Our prices quoted or listed are the same as in-stock or special order. Special orders are subject to the restocking fee rules; failure to take delivery for any reason is subject to a 10% or $25.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater in addition to shipping/handling fees. A refund will be issued minus the restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Reserve orders will only held for 60days with non-refundable 10% or $25.00 (whichever is greater) deposit.
