FFL Transfers In-bound;

I do FFL Transfers here in Georgia. I am listed with Davidson's Gallery of Guns (Gun Genie), Gunbroker.com and GunsAmerica.com.

When you have made a purchase from another dealer or won a gun auction I will be more than happy to complete the FFL transfer for you. Please don't be intimidated by the following policies as these are required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE). The whole process is quite simple. At the time of actual transfer it only takes 10-15 minutes to complete.

Please provide me with the following information; Name, phone number and address (or email address) of the seller or the business you made the purchase from; A description of the item you bought, the auction number, and the amount you paid; Your contact information (phone number and email address).

I will contact the seller or dealer and arrange for the exchange of the FFL's and confirm FFLs' are valid. If I cannot validate the seller or dealer's FFL I will NOT complete the FFL transfer.

When the buyer has paid for the firearm in-full to the seller or dealer, they will ship the firearm to me, not to you. It is illegal for the firearm to be shipped directly to a non-Federal Firearms Licensee, NO EXCEPTIONS. The day your firearm arrives I will contact the buyer and arrange a convenient time to take delivery.

All FFL transfers must be conducted here at the shop. Buyer is required to provide a valid Georgia Photo ID with current physical address (PO Box's are not accepted as physical address). If your physical address is not current on your ID then additional government documentation is required to show your current physical address. Your Georgia Firearms License, Military Orders, etc are acceptable. Your power, cable TV or phone bill are not acceptable sources showing your physical address as per the BATFE

1) Buyer must complete a BATFE form 4473.

2) Buyer must be legally eligible to receive and own a firearm.

3) Buyer must pass a FBI NICS background check. The only exception to completing the FBI NICS Back ground check is if you posses a valid/current Georgia Firearms License (conceal carry permit).

4) Buyer must be the original purchaser of the firearm. Please do not send your friend or other family member to pick up your firearm as I will not complete the transfer to them, only to you!

5) Buyer will pay Dixie Triggers the FFL transfer fee as listed below.

When steps 1-5 are complete I will transfer possession of firearm to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to pass or complete the steps 1-5, I will NOT TRANSFER the firearm to the buyer NO EXCEPTIONS.

It will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping to the seller or dealer. It will be the buyers responsibility to receive a refund of purchase price from the seller. I will not provide buyer with the refund. I will not return the firearm to any non-FFL dealer.

I am not liable for any warranties in any way. I am not liable or responsible for the condition, misunderstandings or any misrepresentations between the seller and buyer. I am only providing a service that allows a firearm to be transferred legally. Any and ALL costs associated with the FFL transfer will be at the buyers expense.

Any firearms that are unclaimed 30days after received will become the sole property of Dixie Triggers at no expense. (exceptions are military personnel that are deployed, must provide a copy of deployment orders)

FFL Transfer fees In-bound;

$20.00 for the first firearm transfer $10.00 for each Additional firearm transfer at the same time (multiple firearm transfer to the same buyer on the same day at the same time).

$10.00 for all firearm transfers (single or multiple) for active duty military & local, state or Federal LE with valid ID.

$10.00 for all firearm transfers for Retired military or Veterans with valid ID.

FFL Transfers Out-bound;

I do FFL Transfers here in Georgia. I am listed with Gunbroker.com and GunsAmerica.com.

If you have sold a firearm, especially handguns I can ship out your firearm to other FFL Dealers. I will not ship firearms to any private individual. I ship only to persons and companies that process a current and valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

Please you must provide me with a copy of the owners current and valid Georgia Drivers license. It must have a current physical address. If not then you must provide another source of Government issued ID that has your physical address listed. This is in addition to your Georgia DL.

You must provide me with a copy of the FFL Dealer's license to where I am shipping the firearm.

You must provide me with the purchaser's Name, address, phone number, and email (if they have one).

I also need a description of the item you sold, the auction number, and the amount of the sale.

I will contact the the recipient dealer and arrange for the exchange of the FFL's and confirm FFLs' are valid. If I cannot validate the dealer's FFL I will NOT complete the FFL transfer.

You are solely responsible for ALL costs, expenses, shipping fees in addition to my FFL transfer fee. All fees will be paid before the firearm is shipped.

If you change you mind or the purchaser cancels the order after the firearm is delivered to Dixie Triggers for shipping you must complete BATFE form 4473 and pass a FBI NICS check to receive your firearm back. My FFL transfer fee will be paid regardless if the firearm ships or not.

Once the firearm is shipped a copy of the shipping receipt may be provided at the sellers request in writing with 30days of shipment.

All FFL transfers must be conducted here at the shop.

Seller will pay Dixie Triggers the FFL transfer fee as listed below before any actions are completed.

Dixie triggers is not liable or responsible for the loss of any merchandise, money or any other form once it has been delivered to the carrier.

Dixie Triggers does not give any warranties or, guarantees to the purchase/seller/or FFL dealer making the transfer.

It will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping from the buyer or dealer. It will be the sellers responsibility to give refunds of purchase price or any others costs should the buyer not be eligible to purchase firearms. I will not provide buyer with the refund. If the firearm is returned to me I will only transfer the firearm to the original seller. BATFE form 4473 must be completed, seller must be eligible to receive or purchase firearms and pass a FBI NICS check.

$35.00 per firearm transferred out plus all shipping & handling costs.

I want to ensure that I can give the best customer service to each customer, but I have the right to deny any sales transaction at my discretion.

All orders will be subject to your own local and state laws! KNOW your own laws and local ordinances, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! I will not sell or ship any firearms to California, New York or Washington D.C.

ALL firearm sales must be shipped (transferred) to your local FFL. I must have a original signed copy of your dealers FFL on record before any firearm is shipped or transferred.
